Sciences is recruiting for a Quality Control Manager to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced QC professional to lead a Quality Control team responsible for ensuring the testing, release, and compliance of pharmaceutical products within a highly regulated GMP environment.

The Role Lead, mentor, and develop the Quality Control team Oversee routine QC testing and product release activities Review analytical data, laboratory investigations, deviations, and CAPAs Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory, and company quality standards Manage analytical method validation, transfer, and continuous improvement activities Support audits and maintain inspection readiness Prepare and review QC documentation, SOPs, and laboratory records Drive a culture of quality, safety, and operational excellence The Candidate Degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Analytical Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline Proven experience within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical QC environment Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience within Quality Control Strong knowledge of analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, and related laboratory instrumentation Excellent understanding of GMP, investigations, deviations, and CAPAs Strong communication, organisation, and people management skills If you're looking to progress your career within Quality Control leadership and make a real impact within a growing pharmaceutical organisation, Smart4
