Assistant Sales Manager

We're looking for a high‑performing Sales specialist
ready to step up into a leadership role and support the Sales Director across Cobham, Claygate and Hinchley Wood. If you're ambitious, commercially sharp and thrive in a fast‑paced sales environment, this is your next move.

• Manage buyers and sellers, delivering a standout client experience.
• Conduct viewings, negotiate offers and progress sales to completion.
• Support the Sales Director with daily operations and team leadership.
• Mentor negotiators and help raise performance across all offices.
• Oversee applicant management, diary flow, viewing quality and sales progression.
• Contribute to pipeline reviews, pricing recommendations and weekly KPIs.
• Work mainly from Cobham, with flexibility across Claygate and Hinchley Wood.

• Strong track record as a
  Senior Sales Negotiator/ Assistant Sales Manager
  .
• Confident negotiator with excellent communication skills.
• Calm under pressure, commercially aware and trusted by colleagues.
• Full UK driving licence and own car.

• 30,000 basic
• Personal commission
• Office performance commission
• Discretionary half‑yearly bonus
• OTE £60,000
