Support store operations and customer service as a Part-Time Assistant Store Manager at Dollar Tree in Cochrane, Alberta.
This Assistant Store Manager helps with daily store activities, customer concerns, merchandise flow, and team development. The position supports the Store Manager by supervising, training, and developing Store Associates. Strong communication, organization, and decision-making support the store’s operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with daily store functions and activities
- Address customer questions and concerns positively
- Transfer merchandise and maintain seasonal store areas
- Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
- Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to interpret and explain operational directives
- Retail, grocery, or drug store management experience preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
