We’re looking for a motivated individual who excels in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service. This opportunity is ideal for someone with lumber and building materials (LBM), contractor sales, installed sales, renovation, or project-based sales experience who enjoys helping customers bring their projects to life.
About the RoleOur Retail Sales Associate provides prompt, courteous, and efficient service to customers by identifying their project needs, recommending appropriate products and solutions, and supporting them throughout their purchasing journey.
This role combines strong customer service with sales and product expertise, including assisting customers with building materials, renovation projects, special orders, and installation-related inquiries. Responsibilities also include merchandising, replenishment, cycle counting, maintaining accurate inventory, general housekeeping, loss prevention, and staying current with industry products, trends, and customer needs.

What We Need from You- Strong Customer Service and Sales Experience
