The role demands a strong command of Windows 10/11, Office 365, troubleshooting, and providing technical solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll implement projects, manage tickets, and help maintain IT equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide remote support across all CFP locations
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
• Log support requests accurately and timely
• Collaborate with IT support teams for escalated issues
• Maintain documentation and develop training materials
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of relevant IT experience
• Bilingual in English and French
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and troubleshooting IT systems
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, and Active Directory
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
