You will play a pivotal role in providing primary care, consultation with physicians, and community health education. Key Responsibilities:
• Offer primary health care services in various settings
• Engage with local physicians for effective patient care
• Promote wellness education among clients
• Refer patients to community health initiatives
• Collaborate with nursing staff for procedural training
Requirements:
• Certification as a Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner
• At least two years in an acute care nursing role
• Current RN Extended Class registration in Ontario
• Good understanding of Indigenous health context
• Experience or communication in Cree language is beneficial
