A regional bespoke house builder is seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor in West Cumbria. The successful candidate will support the commercial management of bespoke construction projects from pre-construction to final accounts. Key responsibilities include managing project budgets, procuring subcontractors, and liaising with site teams. Candidates should ideally have a degree in Quantity Surveying, a minimum of 3 years’ experience, and strong commercial awareness.
