EHS Advisor

About the Role

M-Sport UK is a leading global motor sport engineering company, renowned for designing, building, and running championship‑winning rally cars across prestigious championships. We are looking to recruit for an EHS Advisor to support and promote a positive Environmental, Health & Safety culture across the organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast‑paced motor sport and engineering environment, allowing you to play a key role in ensuring compliance, continuous improvement and the wellbeing of our workforce.

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Environmental, Health & Safety policies and procedures across the business.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, inspections and investigations where required.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with relevant UK legislation and company standards.
• Promote a proactive safety culture and provide guidance to managers and employees on EHS matters.
• Support incident reporting processes and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Assist with environmental management activities including waste management and sustainability initiatives.
• Deliver toolbox talks, inductions and EHS training where required.
• Maintain accurate EHS documentation and records.

We’re looking for a self‑motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. The ideal candidate will be:

• Previous experience within an Environmental, Health & Safety or compliance‑based role.
• Be confident working within a fast‑paced engineering and manufacturing environment.
• Have a proactive and practical approach to problem solving.
• Ability to work independently whilst also supporting multiple departments across the business.
• Possess strong communication and organisational skills.
• Computer literate with strong MS Office skills.

• Previous experience working within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• NEBOSH qualification or equivalent is desirable.
