HGV Class 2 Driver

Driver Hire Carlisle is currently recruiting for multiple HGV class 2 Drivers (CAT C )on a long term ongoing basis with our well known and established client in the Cockermouth area. This is a great opportunity for a HGV driver looking for steady, ongoing role with a possibility of temp-perm after 12 weeks

The role involves operating a HGV Class 2 vehicle , delivering Catering supplies to commercial and industrial premises

• Shifts run across Monday
  -Saturday
• 5 out of 6 days
• Saturday are required
• Start times from 02:30am-06:00am
• £ per hour PAYE ADV
• Overtime paid after 8 hours
• Average shift lenght 10-12 hours
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks
• Immediate starts
• Representing both the client and Driver Hire Carlisle professionally

• Full UK driving licence with Category C (Class
  2) entitlement
• Minimum 1 year experience
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Strong understanding of site safety and procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
