A growing healthcare organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to support multi-entity financial operations, month-end close, and joint venture activity. This role partners closely with leadership and plays a key part in strengthening reporting processes as the organization expands.

• Contribute to month-end activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
• Support accounting for multiple entities, including joint ventures and new partnerships.
• Assist in developing scalable financial workflows and internal reporting structures.
• Prepare financial schedules, variance explanations, and audit support materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate data flow.
• Help maintain accounting policies, documentation, and process improvements.

• 4+ years of accounting experience, ideally within healthcare or a related complex environment.
• Strong month-end close, reconciliation, and general ledger skills.
• Background with modern ERP systems.
• Ability to navigate evolving processes and support organizational growth.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• CPA preferred but not required.

• Exposure to joint venture and multi-entity accounting.
• Direct interaction with leadership and operational teams.
• Ability to influence processes as the organization scales.
• Hybrid schedule available after the initial onboarding period.
