Accounts Receivable Specialist Position Summary
Flo-Tron is a fast growing, family-owned, commercial HVAC company looking to expand our team. With a strong focus on service, design and construction, we serve clients in the commercial, industrial and institutional markets across Maryland. Our mission is to deliver high quality, customized HVAC solutions with integrity, expertise and exceptional service.
We’re seeking a full-time, highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist who wants to work in a challenging, yet rewarding, fast‑paced Accounting Department. We are a 2nd Generation family‑owned business who truly sees the importance of every member on our team. Though we are not a firm that overly defines the roles of our employees, the AR Specialist will work closely with our Director of Accounts Receivable & Billing, ensuring timely billing, collections and all the ancillary duties therein.

- Service contract billing
- Customer set‑up and maintenance in database
- General billing
- Reconciling customer statements
- Managing Accounts in collection
- Other duties as assigned
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- 2 or more years of experience in accounts receivable or related accounting position
- Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and goal‑oriented mindset
- Possess excellent time management skills with a focus on deadlines
- Salary $22.00‑$26.00 per hour
- 401(k) with company match
