Seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to join a team that supports ultra-high-net-worth individuals through day-to-day family office accounting, financial reporting, and coordination related to tax and trust & estate planning.
Key Responsibilities- Provide family office accounting support for ultra-high-net-worth clients
- Maintain personal financial statements in Quick Books
- Perform financial statement consolidations
- Track cash flow, bill pay, payroll, tax payments, and insurance activity
- Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documentation
- Prepare customized financial reports, including cash flow projections
- Assemble and organize documentation for tax preparation
- Support trust and estate planning recordkeeping
- Assist with special accounting projects and ad hoc internal accounting tasks
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance
- Hands‑on experience with Quick Books
- Experience preparing financial statements and reports
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and documentation standards
- Client‑facing experience in a professional services environment
