Our busy season internship begins in January and ends mid-April. This internship gives students a hands‑on experience of what it's like working within tax during busy season. Students work in partnership with senior tax employees and receive feedback in real-time. We will only consider students that can commit to working 2-full work days (8 hours) a week in our Hunt Valley office during their winter/spring semesters.

As a member of our Tax team, you will:
- Work on income tax returns for local businesses you see around the Baltimore area.
- Work on an entire income tax return from start to finish and not just a piece of a return.
- Be part of a tax return team along with managers and partners.
- Gain exposure to corporate, partnership and individual tax issues and compliance.
- Be exposed to different entity types and industries.
- Commit to 2-full work days (8 hours) a week in our Hunt Valley, MD office
- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or other business‑related field
- GPA of 3.4 or above
- Previous successful business experience;
Public Accounting internship preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to produce an outstanding work product or deliverable
- Reliable transportation to our Hunt Valley, MD office and/or client sites
- Exceptional integrity, values, principles, and work ethic
- Superb verbal communication, business writing, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical, organization, and project management skills
- Willing to work in a fast‑paced and collaborative environment
- Tremendous attention to detail
- Ability to excel in a team environment
- Ability to think independently
