Filing Clerk's process and maintain legal title/contract documents in a secure filing system. They must maintain the integrity of the system on a daily basis.

• Process the work as assigned.
• Lift up to 15 pounds.
• Pulling files/folders off of the shelving units to initiate processing.
• Verifying documents in files/folders for accuracy when pulling them.
• Research issues as needed.
• Assist with the Fed Ex Process.
• Assist in coordinating workflow within the Mail Dept / Fed Ex Team.
• May require standing for long periods
• Operate light machinery (Mail Room and Fed Ex)
• Notify supervisor of exception issues
• Drive/operate the mailroom van between PDP buildings and the post office in a backup capacity.
• Assist others as necessary.

• Possess a full valid, current/non expired Driver's License.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic.
• Must be able to lift boxes or totes up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with people throughout the organization.

The Amynta Group is the parent company of PDP Group. Located in Hunt Valley MD (The PDP Group). We are a Title Service company, and we service automobile title for our clients (financial institutions that assist with financing automobiles for retail sales).
