Position: CHANGE MANAGER - Program Nova

PL Lodz, UK Haddenham, USMaryland POSITION OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Change Manager III, this position is responsible for supporting

Program Novaand McCormick’s ongoing digital and cultural transformation.

This position supports the full change management lifecycle including stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, sponsor plans, communication,training and reinforcement plans for this high priority transformational initiative.

The position works closely with Program Leadership, HR Business Partnersand key business stakeholders to ensure effective delivery against aligned strategic objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead the coordination and manage deployment of change management plans to ensure HR, leaders, and employees transition successfully through change; support the creation of an overall change management roadmap and lead execution
  • Support execution of agreed priorities and deliver insights productively through stakeholder management
  • Perform stakeholder mapping and analysis; andleverageexisting tools & templates to create engagement plans
  • Utilize data and insights for decision-making, proactivelyidentifyingrisks/issues/gaps and map mitigation strategies
  • Enable the development of communication and training plans
  • Drive adoption of new processes and behaviours of changes to achieve desired business results, including greaterutilizationand higherproficiency
  • Align with McCormick’s Global Change Management framework to develop and implement change management plan
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Significant business experience across multiple disciplines including experience in HR, Change Management and/or Project Management
  • Demonstrated experience operating in a global environment, with understanding different cultural norms and ways of working
  • Demonstrated experience working on cross-functional teams to deliver results
  • Experience in driving/participating in mid-size projects requiring advanced-level change and/or project management
  • Experience in managing stakeholder expectations, including key senior business stakeholders
  • Strong collaboration and partnering skills and ability to navigate through highly matrixed work environment to achieve business outcomes
  • Ability to be flexible and agile and pivot to changing business priorities
  • Ability to analyze complex problems to identify and correct root causes with minimum supervision
  • Ability to self-manage and operate independently in environments that may not be black and white
  • Operates as a continuous learner, proactively asking questions, challenges status quo and making recommendations for improvement
