Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Data Coordinator to support our expanding novelty candy division. This role will work closely with and report directly to the Product Development Manager. The ideal candidate is proactive, motivated, tech savvy, and comfortable managing projects, digital asset requests, and product data across multiple departments and external partners.
This position requires strong communication abilities, analytical skills, and a customer centric approach while managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Product and Vendor Coordination- Facilitate new vendor and new item setup processes from onboarding through ordering and shipment
- Manage requests for product information, digital assets, samples, and related documentation
- Coordinate product data for export customers and trade shows
- Support urgent projects and ensure deadlines are met through timely communication
- Assist in creating and maintaining sales tools including forms, pricing sheets, and presentations
- Maintain and expand GDSN catalog management
- Communicate product information to Marketing, Sales, and Creative teams
- Maintain the sample room and assist with merchandising candy products in the showroom
- Oversee website and portal content for accuracy and ensure updates are completed promptly
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints within 24 hours with a focus on resolution and customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Familiarity with Photoshop preferred
- Strong organization, accuracy, and attention to detail when working with large datasets
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage projects in a fast paced setting
- Strong communication, follow up, and customer service skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with teams, vendors, and management
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate website portals
- Experience with Canva, , and Rocket or Word Press sites is a plus
- High School Diploma required
- Hourly Rate: $21.60 - $24.05
