OverviewThe Compliance Assistant supports compliance efforts. This role serves as a support for compliance and regulatory issues and trains and educates staff.
The Ideal Candidate- An excellent problem solver, you thrive on making customers happy and coming up with great solutions.
- You have a strong sense of teamwork, and you are highly dependable.
- You are communicative and able to be effective via written and oral communication.
- This role plays an important part in helping our business run smoothly by providing friendly, reliable, and professional compliance support.
- You’ll handle a variety of administrative tasks that keep our operations aligned with established service standards and ensure teams have what they need to succeed.
- You’ll also prepare and share key management information that helps guide decision‑making across the organization.
- From time to time, you may take on additional administrative duties to support the wider team. Helping with EB processes from 5500 wrap plan documents, SPD, SMMs.
Required:
Minimum 1-2 years work experience.
Preferred:
Mathematics degree.
Behaviors:
Analytical, or logical thinking.

The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
