The Program Master Scheduler (I/II) is responsible for development, coordination, and implementation of the Program Master Schedules and their integration into the program work products. The position will be a part of the program team and work day‑to‑day with program managers and control account managers.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain the Program Integrated Master Plan/Schedule associated with the entire project lifecycle from RFP to program closeout, ensuring compliance with applicable DIDs, PASEG, GASP and WBS Standards.
- Lead regular status review meetings to capture accomplishments, resource and duration adjustments, and maintain interdependencies.
- Ensure integration and synchronization of cost and schedule data.
- Advise the Program Manager and Control Account Managers on schedule performance, forecasts, and risks.
- Identify, negotiate, and resolve conflicts between stakeholders in the scheduling process.
- Participate in external and internal reviews of the schedule, including surveillance and audits.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Level I:
Currently pursuing or have completed a bachelor’s degree in finance, program management, accounting, business, or a related field. Pay range: $56,800 – $84,400. - Level II:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, program management, accounting, business, or a related field with 2‑3 years of experience. Pay range: $69,500 – $104,400. - Ability to understand financial principles and complex data.

- U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance.
