Senior Motion Graphics Designer

Who we are looking for:

HHL is seeking a Senior Motion Graphics Designer to elevate the agency’s creative output. You will shape visual direction, raise the creative bar, and inspire the team. From concept to final delivery, you’ll be integral to every stage of the creative process.

As our Senior Motion Graphics Designer within our in-house production facilities, you will lead the creation of dynamic, visually compelling content across digital, social, and broadcast platforms.

• Design & Develop: Create new looks and style frames for campaigns with maximum visual impact.
• Animate & Produce: Execute projects that showcase layout, color, typography, and animation expertise.
• Collaborate: Communicate creative concepts and work directly with HHL’s content creation teams.
• Innovate & Grow: Stay ahead of industry trends, explore new techniques, and drive creative standards.

• 5+ years of professional experience in motion graphics, animation, or related fields.
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail, technical precision and proven ability to elevate creative standards.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D tools a plus.
• Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Portfolio/demo reel that displays creativity and proficiency in motion design.
