Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday-Friday Pay: $20-$25/hour, based on experience
A well-established organization in the Hunt Valley area is seeking a professional and customer-focused Administrative Customer Service Representative to join its team on a temporary-to-hire basis. This position offers an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy providing exceptional customer service while supporting day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, clients, and visitors
- Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries
- Enter and maintain accurate customer and account information
- Process orders, service requests, and documentation
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-up communications
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other administrative documents
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Support multiple departments with administrative projects and tasks
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of records
- Assist with general office operations and special projects as assigned
- 2+ years of administrative, customer service, call center, receptionist, or office support experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude
Experience in a fast-paced office environmentCRM, ERP, or database experience
Experience handling high-volume phone and email communications
Associate degree or equivalent work experience
