The FP&A Manager delivers insightful and comprehensive financial analysis and reporting to enable Corporate and business-unit leadership to understand SG&A actual performance, financial forecasts, and annual planning processes. This role partners with the Americas CFO, the Americas FP&A Director, and business-unit Finance teams as the primary SG&A liaison, leading complex and interpretive financial analyses to support strategic decision‑making.
The role reports to and collaborates closely with the FP&A Director to ensure alignment and successful delivery of key Finance initiatives. The FP&A Manager provides direct management and oversight of a Senior Financial Analyst to support consistent application of US GAAP, a strong SOX control environment, accruals and capitalization, while driving innovation to deliver faster, more efficient, and sustainable insights for the business.
This role is responsible for maintaining a comprehensive and timely understanding of Americas SG&A, ensuring consistency and accuracy in reporting.
- Works collaboratively with business unit leadership to plan, execute and consolidate the SG&A annual planning and forecast processes. This includes identifying opportunities and gaps to plans and helping leadership to drive actions and solves. Works with FP&A and Commercial Finance teams on assembling, analyzing, and presenting SG&A financial information.
- Bridging of actual results to forecast, budget and prior year, as applicable, ensuring all SG&A components are properly recorded and adequately explained and communicated.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with Corporate Finance, Americas Finance, and business unit partners. Understand how business unit results impact SG&A financials and targets while aligning with SG&A leadership on objectives to drive transformation and efficient work processes.
- Ensure integrity, financial control, SOX compliance, and proper approvals and accounting treatment in line with policies and procedures for all related key activities.
- Utilizes coaching and facilitation skills to manage employee relations. Provides regular performance feedback and oversees development/training plans for COE Analyst. Rewards and recognizes performance achievements.
- Education and Discipline: BA/BS in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience:
8+ years of financial analysis or planning;
Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel and basic proficiency in Power BI and Word. 2+ years of demonstrated management and supervision experience. - Interpersonal

- Education and Discipline: MBA.
- Certification and/or Licenses: CPA.
- Experience:
