Position OverviewThe FP&A Manager delivers financial analysis and reporting to enable leadership to understand SG&A performance, forecasting, and planning. This role partners with the Americas CFO, FP&A Director, and business unit finance teams to lead complex financial analyses that support strategic decision-making.
The FP&A Manager provides direct oversight of a Senior Financial Analyst, ensuring accurate US GAAP application, strong SOX control environment, accruals and capitalization, and innovation to deliver faster insights for the business.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business unit leadership to plan, execute, and consolidate the SG&A annual planning and forecast processes.
- Bridge actual results to forecast, budget, and prior year, ensuring SG&A components are properly recorded and explained.
- Partner with Corporate Finance, Americas Finance, and business units to understand how results impact SG&A financials and align on objectives.
- Maintain integrity, financial control, SOX compliance, and proper approvals in line with policies and procedures for all related key activities.
- Utilize coaching and facilitation skills to manage employee relations, provide performance feedback, and oversee development/training plans for the COE Analyst.
- BA/BS in Accounting or Finance.
- 8+ years of financial analysis or planning experience; advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organization skills.
- 2+ years of demonstrated management and supervision experience (preferred).
- Proficient in coaching, facilitation, and employee development.
- Experience with regulatory interactions and complex financial analysis.
- MBA.
- CPA.
- Experience with SAP/BW/TM1.

Base Salary: $100,870 - $176,480
Eligible for McCormick’s Incentive Bonus (MIB) Plan and additional total rewards including health plans, 401(k), profit sharing, and parental leave.
