Chief Financial Officer(CFO) Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, providing financial guidance and supporting key business decisions.
• Drive long-term financial planning, operational improvements, and growth initiatives.
• Monitor company performance, key metrics, and profitability, providing actionable insights to leadership.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and close processes.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
• Manage accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, billing, and project accounting.
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team while strengthening processes and controls.

Chief Financial Officer(CFO) Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including 3+ years in a CFO or senior financial leadership role.
• Architecture, Engineering, or Construction industry experience required
• Proven experience leading, developing, and mentoring accounting and finance teams.
• Strong strategic, operational, and leadership skills with the ability to partner effectively with executive management.
• Experience driving financial planning, performance management, process improvements, and organizational growth.
• Deltek experience a plus
