Schedule:
18 - 26 hours per week, which may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job PurposeUnder close supervision, is responsible for daily operations as a shift lead at the Oregon Ridge Park and Lodge.
EssentialJob Duties
- Oversee the use of facilities for rentals and events.
- Assist groups in planning and carrying out rentals and events.
- Maintain the facility in a safe and satisfactory condition.
- Serve as a shift lead for part-time and occasional staff.
- Update and maintain electronic and physical files and/or records.
- Organize, supervise, and instruct specialized programs for various age groups.
- Create and design flyers, booklets, advertisements, brochures, and/or reports.
- Meet with community groups and potential renters.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience and QualificationsPossession of a high school diploma or an appropriate equivalent.
Preferred Experience- Specialization in customer service, special events, recreation, or nature programs preferred.
Skills and Abilities
(Entry Level)
- Possessing adequate skills and appreciation for the specialized program to create a well-rounded, diversified program.
- A practical understanding of the skill to be learned.
- Ability to work well with the age group involved.
- Knowledge of first aid.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
