• Assess clients' aesthetic and wellness needs and carry out tailored treatment plans alongside our medical providers to deliver natural results.
• Assist in comprehensive Weight Management Program, Peptide therapy and HRT services.
• Administer aesthetic treatments, including injectables (Botox, dermal fillers, etc.), skin rejuvenation procedures, IV Nutrition therapy, and other non-surgical therapies with precision and care.
• Provide thorough pre- and post-treatment consultations and full-face assessments, ensuring clients are well informed and comfortable throughout their experience.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting treatment plans, progress, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in aesthetic treatments to provide the best possible care.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable health regulations and safety standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in the field of aesthetics.
• Create social media posts including before and after photos, client testimonials, and more to promote your work.

• Master's Degree or above only
• Current Maryland FNP license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years working as a Nurse Practitioner in the Wellness and Aesthetic industry. Certification in aesthetic injectables preferred.
• Comfortable with full face injections including Botox and dermal filler.
• Experience prescribing GLP1, peptides, and HRT.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Passion for aesthetics and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
• Basic computer skills and comfortable using social media.
• CRP certification required.
