In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. • Perform intake assessments.
• Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children.
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client.
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan.
• Perform regular wellness checks.
• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards.

• Must be licensed.
• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or similar field.
• Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized.
