Requirements
We are looking for a Business Process Automation Specialist with advanced expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, and Power Apps. A strong background in AI-powered tools like Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT is essential for enhancing business workflows. Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business analytics, or a related field, or have equivalent experience in data automation, software development, or business intelligence.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, or JavaScript for data processing and integration is required. Familiarity with APIs and third-party integration tools is crucial, along with knowledge of CRM and ERP platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will identify opportunities to automate internal workflows, collaborating with the team to innovate and enhance processes. You’ll be responsible for creating dashboards and data visualizations using the Microsoft Power Platform to support cross-functional reporting. Leading internal data projects aimed at improving efficiency and transparency will be part of your duties, as will integrating various internal systems for unified reporting and automation.
On the client-facing side, you will deliver Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power BI dashboards and Power Automate flows, tailored to a variety of industries. You’ll develop scalable data pipelines and automation strategies to fulfill client goals, serving as a technical expert to ensure high-quality project delivery. Working closely with project teams and client stakeholders, you will gather requirements and implement effective solutions.
We prioritize candidates who have hands‑on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform and AI tools; those with only SQL or BI backgrounds may not find this role suitable.
