Our client, a leading organization in the banking and credit union industry, is seeking a Programmer Analyst to join their team. As a Programmer Analyst, you will be part of the IT department supporting core financial systems and software development teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Programmer Analyst (No C2C)
Location: Baltimore, MD
Pay Range: $90,000 - $100,000
What's the Job?- Design, develop, and maintain core financial system software solutions to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with business units and partners to create scripts and programs that enhance system efficiency.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure applications function correctly and meet requirements.
- Maintain SDLC processes and adhere to compliance policies for code deployment and change management.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for core processing workflows and reports.
- 4–6 years of experience in a developer or development‑related role within the financial or banking sector.
- Proficiency with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and SQL, along with familiarity with scripting.
- Experience working with Corelation Keystone or similar core financial systems.
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
