SC&H is seeking a highly motivated IT Specialist to join our team. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strong analytical skills to support system administration, data management, and process improvement initiatives. • Manage and administer software applications, including user access, system features, and data quality.
• Support ETL processes for data sources that require transformation.
• Perform database tasks such as querying, updating, and automating data transfers.
• Understand CRM components and their role in organizational workflows.
• Provide support and enhancements for Office 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, One Drive).
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Write scripts and programs in Python, SQL, JavaScript, or similar languages to improve processes.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and solve business process challenges.

• System administration experience.

• Advanced Excel skills.

• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Power Apps, or Power Automate.
• Willingness to learn advanced Microsoft technologies.

The expected annual base salary for this position is $70,000‑$80,000. Salary offers are made based on a variety of candidate specific factors such as candidate's skills, performance, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications and market considerations.
