A day in the lifeAs our Customer Service Associate on the Private Client Services (Personal Lines Insurance) team, you will be committed to prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues. You will work closely with our Business Insurance team providing support, which includes processing policy changes, certificates and evidence of property insurance, and policy audits; all while maintaining the highest level of accuracy.
Our future colleagueWe’re looking for someone with the following:
- High school diploma required.
- Two (2) years Customer Service experience.
- Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
Additional qualifications that are a plus:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Two (2) years Personal Lines/High Net Worth Client experience.
- Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
- Experience working with EPIC.

CompensationThe applicable base salary range for this role is $40,200 to $74,900.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives.
