RN Supervisor | Night Shift | Broadmead

Sign on bonus $7500 (total after 2 yrs)

Location: Maryland

Schedule: M‑F Night Shift 11 pm‑7:30 am

About the role

As an RN Supervisor
, you’ll guide a dedicated team to deliver exceptional care to our residents. You’ll oversee clinical and clerical activities on your unit, ensuring quality, safety, and harmony during the night shift.

What you bring

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school
• Valid Maryland RN license
• 2+ years of experience with similar resident populations
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
