FOOD SERVICE WORKER (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

• Location:
  
  Eating Recovery Center – 55 Schilling Road, Hunt Valley, Maryland 21031 (online applications only).
• Schedule:
  
  Full time and part time; days may vary (7:00 am‑3:00 pm or 10:30 am‑6:30 pm). Weekend availability required.
• Requirement:
  Prior healthcare food service experience required.
• Pay Range: $18.00–$19.00 per hour.

Prepares, presents and serves food as needed.

• Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Moves pans, kettles and trays between stations, stove and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards.
• Stores food following wrapping, dating, food safety and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
• Uses approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and portion control.
• Serves customers friendly and efficiently.
• Resolves customer concerns and relays information to supervisor.
• Ensures compliance with service standards, inventory and cash control procedures.
• Ensures compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
