Sunday 10:30 am‑2:30 pm, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 4:30 pm‑7:30 pm
Week 2:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 4:30 pm‑7:30 pm

- Provide exceptional service for each event by assisting with decorations as directed by the Bistro Supervisor.
- Serve tables according to the Broadmead training manual.
- Perform duties as a bartender if over the age of 21 during catered events. Complete TIPS training upon hire and annually thereafter.
- Possess basic safety knowledge when operating kitchen equipment.
- Perform cleaning projects as assigned during special functions.
- Prepare and arrange small food items when needed during catered events.
- Read and comprehend party sheets.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Abide by the organization’s code of conduct in the performance of their duties.
- Ensure that the Holly Terrace staff provides optimum dining service to residents and guests during all meals.
- Ensure that new servers are effectively trained to perform their duties in the Holly Terrace, Magnolia Room, and catered events.
- Ensure that the dining experience is pleasant and enjoyable for residents by following established techniques and procedures concerning style of service.
- When performing hosting duties, maintain a professional demeanor and report concerns to the dining Manager on Duty in a timely manner.
- Assist in the seating of all residents in the Holly Terrace.
