Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr – $80,000.00/yr

Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates touring stores and providing feedback. Guides associates through store operations, technology, merchandising, and company direction, using One Best Way OBW service model for customer service standards.

Provide coaching and guidance to store associates, manage customer needs and complaints, develop action plans to correct deficiencies, and lead process improvement initiatives to ensure high quality customer experience. Drive sales and profit by reviewing PL statements, managing inventory flow, and mitigating shrink. Supervise hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, recognition, and promoting a belonging mindset.

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, successful completion of a Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training is required.
• For facilities that sell only ammunition and have state‑specific requirements, a current state‑issued Certificate of Eligibility may be required.

• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
• Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
• General work experience supervising five or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
