Overview

Guest Advocate (Cashier or Front of Store Attendant/Cart Attendant) (T1265)  Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial is $17.25 USD per hour. The Pay Range / Rango salarial is $17.25 USD - $25.90 USD per hour.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete your daily tasks and assist with their specific needs.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available to solve issues for the guest and improve their experience.
• Explain and promote benefits, offerings and services; assist with loyalty enrollment or sign-up as needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards and company best practices.
• Work to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
• Explain how to use Target App features and offerings, including Wallet, Order Pick-Up, Drive Up and online ordering, and guide guests to enroll or activate these features.
• Assist with returns following store policies and procedures, and escalate to Leaders as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during store hours, while remaining available to assist guests.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; follow safety policies and report hazards as appropriate.
• Support guest services such as order pick up (OPU), Drive-Up (DU) orders, and DU returns, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws (e.g., alcohol laws).
• Perform other duties based on business needs.
