Base pay$65,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr
What you’ll doLeads and develops teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates; touring stores and providing feedback; communicating and collaborating with all levels of associates regarding store operations, technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction. Introduces and leads company change efforts; provides clear expectations and guidance to implement business solutions and communicate business objectives to teams effectively. Models exceptional customer service standards by following the One Best Way (OBW) service model;
manages and supports customer service initiatives; develops action plans to correct deficiencies and provide process improvement leadership to ensure a high quality customer experience. Drives financial performance and sales by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses; monitors merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes; develops action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve sales and profit goals.
Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, and recognizing performance; promotes a belonging mindset; recruits and develops qualified associates to meet staffing needs and growth goals.
Coordinates and oversees job-related activities by building relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, communicating goals, and measuring progress.
Ensures compliance with company policies and supports the Open Door Policy; promotes ethics and integrity in executing business processes and practices.
