Bray and Scarff is seeking to add an Appliance Sales Specialist to the team. If you are a sales professional (from any industry), looking to advance your career and work with a world-class team, this could be the position for you.

• Responsible for achieving goals/objectives
• Generates quotes/invoices
• Meets and communicates with customers at each stage of the sales process to close the sale, answer questions, and provide follow-up and assistance for all aspects of our product and service offerings
• Utilize and update our contact relationship management (CRM) tools
• Maintains store appearance standards

• 2 years of experience in big-ticket sales (ex. appliances, electronics, auto, real estate, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work hard and demonstrate perseverance, determination, and self-discipline
• Previous experience with Retail Sales is preferred however, relevant sales experience will be considered for this opportunity

Appliance Sales Specialists are commissioned sales professionals and earn well above the industry average. There is an initial 4-week period with training pay. This helps cover the ramp-up period while learning and building a pipeline of sales.

Details of the commission plan will be thoroughly explained during the interview process. In total, an Appliance Specialist should earn $80,000 - $100,000 per year.
