Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Client Manager to join a team. This role is ideal for a polished professional with a strong background in managing mid‑market accounts and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling renewals, quoting new business, and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Salary up to  85,000 annually

• Serve as primary point of contact for mid‑market commercial lines accounts.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and retention.
• Handle renewals and quote new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
• Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Provide polished, professional, client‑facing service at all times.

• Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• College degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 5 years as a Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM).
• Strong client‑facing abilities, excellent communication skills, and a polished professional demeanor.
• Experience with EPIC software required.
