Join our dynamic team as a Full Time Residential HVAC Sales Representative, where you'll be a key player in driving our business forward.

This is a commission-based opportunity.

This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. We are not your everyday HVAC company, we truly are passionate about helping our customers and making them feel valued and heard.

• Conduct thorough assessments of customers' HVAC needs and recommend suitable products and services.
• Generate leads through proactive outreach, networking, and collaboration with marketing initiatives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with residential customers, ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Provide accurate and detailed quotes, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Stay informed about industry trends, products, and competitor offerings to effectively position our services in the market.
• Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure seamless execution of customer commitments.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.

• Proven experience in residential HVAC sales.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Computer/software skills to effectively produce proposals, job costing, takeoffs, etc.
• Follow up when appropriate with preventive maintenance for the client.
• Ability to work the schedule required as the job demands and customers require
• Follow up on all in-house generated leads for retrofit projects, developing the relationship with the client.
