OverviewAs a Customer Service Associate (CSA) you are the friendly face that puts the “Wow” in Wawa by greeting and serving our customers. You are part of a beloved brand that is committed to putting people first, doing the right thing, and making every day a little brighter.
What You’ll Do- Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met both quickly and courteously.
- Prepare food items such as breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas; keep the coffee station clean and organized.
- Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and for age-restricted products.
- Ensure stores are well-stocked; keep shelves fresh, full, and inviting.
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety by following established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal.

- Great communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation.
- Enjoy working in a team environment.
The hourly range for this position is $15.00 - $18.75 and is commensurate with position, experience, and location. A $1.50 shift differential applies for hours worked between 12am – 6am.
