Ground Floor Sales Opportunity – SDR/BDR

OTE: $110K+ First Year | Base $45K–$50K + Uncapped Commission
** Must be Bilingual

We’re looking for a driven, high-energy Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in a ground-floor role with a clear path to leadership. If you’ve got the competitive mindset of an athlete, the persistence of a coach, or experience in any performance-based field, this is your chance to build a six-figure career in your first year.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and grow a defined territory of B2B clients
• Prospect, connect, and meet directly with business owners and decision-makers
• Build long-term client relationships and drive repeat business
• Track pipeline, activity, and results in the CRM
• Work a hybrid schedule: in-person sales + remote follow-up/admin

What You’ll Need:

• 1–3+ years in sales, athletics, coaching, or other performance-driven roles
• Competitive mindset with high energy and a people-first approach
• Strong communication, follow-up, and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
