Adjunct Instructor, Biology (North Campus) at Broward College. This part-time position seeks a passionate educator and practitioner who can facilitate the needs of diverse 21st century learners preparing to practice in the biology field.

• Facilitate the needs of diverse 21st century learners preparing to practice in biology.
• Demonstrate mastery of the discipline and apply technology and teaching strategies to foster 21st century literacies.
• Use resources that prepare students for productive lives in biology.
• Engage in active professional development and service to the Department and College; committee work is expected.

• Minimum Education:
  
  A Master’s Degree in Biology or a Biological Science Subfield, or a Master’s degree with 18 graduate semester hours in Biology or a Biological Science Subfield. Ph.D. preferred.

• The successful candidate must have a high level of computer literacy and a commitment to teaching.
• Maintain active professional development activities and service to the Department and College; committee work is expected.
• All schedules require office hours and some may require evening and/or weekend hours.
