Hard Rock - [Front Desk Agent / Concierge] As a Players Club Representative at Hard Rock, you'll:
Be directly involved in fulfilling all marketing initiatives from Guest enrollment to event execution;
Introduce and enroll Guests into the award-winning Players Club program;
Greet and provide personalized service for VIP Guests;
Participate in execution of marketing events such as concerts, celebrity meet and greets, giveaways, drawings, parties and tournaments;
Perform front of house and back of house duties for concerts and high profile celebrity events.
