Hard Rock - [Busser / Porter / Cleaner] As a Steward at Hard Rock, you'll:
Clean dishes, pots and pans, kitchen areas and utensils;
Wash, scrub or polish utensils such as pots, pans, trays, silverware and plates;
Sweep and mop kitchen floors and dispose of garbage;
Load and unload dish machines, keep dish room organized, and wash wares in 3 bay sink;
Clean and sanitize kitchen walls, coolers and freezers, and ceilings;
Keep areas stocked including paper towels and soap.
