• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university.
• Current DEA License.
• Veterinary State License.
• At least three years of previous experience as a DVM; ability to run and grow a solo practice.
• USDA Accreditation preferable.
