We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Commercial Superintendent to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have broad knowledge in healthcare/medical, aviation, hospitality, and K‑12 education projects.
Responsibilities- Oversee all on‑site construction activities, from initial groundwork to final inspection, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and other project team members.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols in accordance with OSHA 10‑hr guidelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues that arise during construction.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, site logs, and safety records.
- Guide the self‑perform work teams and ensure quality of their work.
- Built in Wyoming or currently living there.
- Minimum of 5 years as a Commercial Superintendent with proven track record of completed projects.
- Extensive experience in healthcare, aviation, hospitality, and K‑12 education sectors.
- Strong knowledge of concrete work and other construction methods and materials.
- Proficiency in managing field operations and self‑perform work teams.
- Solid understanding of OSHA 10‑hr safety guidelines and commitment to promoting a culture of safety.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, able to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, motivating team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
