$90,000 - $120,000 per year

Top GC looking to expand its team of Superintendent Commercial Projects. Ground Up/Renovations in Commercial, Healthcare, Aviation, K‑12, Industrial, Concrete and parking garages. Employee owned with an excellent benefits package.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Commercial Superintendent to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have broad knowledge in healthcare/medical, aviation, hospitality, and K‑12 education projects.

• Oversee all on‑site construction activities, from initial groundwork to final inspection, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and other project team members.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols in accordance with OSHA 10‑hr guidelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues that arise during construction.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, site logs, and safety records.
• Guide the self‑perform work teams and ensure quality of their work.

• Built in Wyoming or currently living there.
• Minimum of 5 years as a Commercial Superintendent with proven track record of completed projects.
• Extensive experience in healthcare, aviation, hospitality, and K‑12 education sectors.
• Strong knowledge of concrete work and other construction methods and materials.
• Proficiency in managing field operations and self‑perform work teams.
• Solid understanding of OSHA 10‑hr safety guidelines and commitment to promoting a culture of safety.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, able to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, motivating team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
