* Age range - Birth to Geriatric patients.
* Accountable for all respiratory care ordered by physicians
Operate, maintain, monitor all CP equipment including but not limited to ventilators, oxygen devices, Vapotherm, Pap, etc.
* Administer inhaled medication and administer prescribed gases.

* Perform Art, cap , venous sticks & testing. Operate ABG instrument for blood gas analysis.
* Act as a clinical resource, assist with decision-making, assessment, treatment and documentation of respiratory care.
* Review patients chart, obtain history for pertinent information to care for patient prior to each therapy or procedure.
* Perform accurate patient assessment and orders appropriate therapies based on RT eval and treat protocol.
* Document patient assessments, care plans, evaluations and treatments or therapies as well as procedures, medications, equipment set up and supply charges, time outs for procedures and critical values.
* Ensure physician orders are correct in EMR, verbal orders are written per policy.
* Perform night shift duties as required by CP department
* Perform EKGs upon order or request.
