E2M Solutions is looking for an AI Adoption Specialist with strong hands‑on Word Press experience to lead AI integration across our Word Press development workflows.

This role is ideal for a developer with a passion for automation, AI tools, and operational efficiency
. You’ll work directly with our Delivery Head and senior Word Press developers to embed AI into coding, QA, and delivery processes.

• Increasing billable output by using tools like Git Hub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT
  , and others to accelerate development and reduce delivery time.
• Reducing unbillable time by automating repetitive workflows, generating test cases, and streamlining documentation with AI tools.
• Optimizing delivery margins through AI‑assisted estimation, faster iteration cycles, and reduced dependency on manual QA processes.
• Creating reusable AI workflows for plugin/theme scaffolding, Gutenberg block generation, bug identification, and auto‑fixes.
• Improving developer efficiency through smart documentation, inline assistance, and 1:1 AI up‑skilling sessions.

Take charge of defining and implementing AI adoption standards and automation best practices across a 150+ member Word Press division
.

You’ll help build the next‑generation delivery model that sets the benchmark for how agencies use AI to scale efficiently.

• Integrate AI tools into Word Press workflows (e.g., Git Hub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Cody, n8n) to accelerate coding, debugging, and QA.
• Automate routine tasks like plugin/theme scaffolding, code refactoring, and performance tuning.
• Measure and report on how AI adoption improves billable efficiency, turnaround time, and delivery quality.
• Train and upskill Word Press developers through AI toolkits, SOPs, live demos, and 1:1 coaching.
• Maintain internal AI documentation, SOPs, and knowledge bases for scalable adoption.
• Stay updated on the latest AI trends, frameworks, and APIs relevant to PHP, JS, and the Word Press ecosystem.
• Collaborate with QA, Project Managers, and Tech Leads to improve delivery pipelines through automation and insights.

• A results‑driven developer with hands‑on experience showing how AI tools deliver real improvements in speed, quality, and outcomes.
• Experience with Git Hub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Cody, Tabnine, or similar LLM‑based dev tools.
• Deep expertise in Word Press (custom themes, ACF, Gutenberg, Elementor, plugin dev).
• Experience designing or optimizing AI‑powered workflows in development or QA.
• Proficient with Git, Bitbucket, and modern development practices (CI/CD, version control).
• Strong documentation, self‑driven, and a passion for teaching others.
