Registered Nurse

Overview

We’re seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse contractor to provide in‑home care for the energy worker community. This 1099 Independent Contractor role offers flexibility to work outside traditional clinical settings.

• Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients in their home setting, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Execute plan of care directives accurately and in accordance with physician’s orders.
• Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior to the case manager or healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the treating physician.
• Collaborate with case manager and physicians to ensure optimal patient care, including communication with specialists as needed.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and proper care management techniques.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and provide detailed progress notes to the case manager regularly.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families during the course of care.
• Assist with ADLs as necessary, ensuring the patient’s comfort and dignity at all times.

• Compact RN license in good standing required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• CPR certification required.
• Malpractice insurance required.
• Independent contractor status – manage your own schedule.
• Ability to pass a full background check.
• Familiarity with medical software and equipment is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients and families.
• Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills essential.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to various patient needs.

USD $40.00 /Hr
