The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, it is essential that you be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling the following requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Accurately and promptly complete planograms and resets.
• Perform store-specific measurements and accurate cycle counts.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process and hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Ensure customers have a shopping experience that differentiates us from competitors.
• Provide peak coverage during high-traffic times (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete tasks independently.

• Generally indoor environment with moderate noise; outdoor lots may involve hard surfaces.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Travel between stores in personal vehicle required, often over long periods.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and promote a safe work environment.

• Travel as needed within district.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 lbs with equipment assistance.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently.
• Access all store areas safely.
• Operate store equipment and complete documentation accurately.
• Handle and contact birds/poultry.
• Complete all training successfully.
• Operate equipment like dollies, hand trucks, forklifts, balers, computers, cash registers.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs, driving, standing, walking, reaching overhead, and moving merchandise throughout the store are required.
• Must have the physical and mental stamina for quick, safe movement throughout store and outdoor areas.
